Hey, I’m Disha.

Hey, I’m Disha. Quick one — ever been with a group that’s about to do something you know isn’t right, and going along would be so easy? That squirm in your stomach. Yeah. Everyone knows it. Give me fifteen minutes and I’ll show you how to hold your line when it’s hard. Let’s go.

First, one word: integrity. It’s not about being perfect, or judging everyone else. Integrity is doing the right thing — especially when it’s hard, or when no one’s watching. It’s having a line you won’t cross, and holding it.

The easy version

Here’s the easy version. You buy something and the shopkeeper hands you too much change by mistake. No one would ever know. Integrity is the quiet voice that says — give it back. Tiny moment. Same muscle you’ll use for the big ones.

A bit harder
Disha
Transcript

A bit harder. A friend asks to copy your homework, right before class. Saying no feels awkward — they might get annoyed. Two easy wrong moves: just hand it over to keep the peace, or lie and say you didn’t do it. The real move is harder — say no, kindly, and maybe offer to help them properly later.

Now the real thing

Saying no to small stuff is one thing. It gets really hard when there’s pressure — when it’s your friends, when there’s something to lose, when everyone’s doing it. Think of a time you had to choose between fitting in and doing what’s right. Here’s one like that.

The situation

Transcript

Your friend group somehow has the answers to tomorrow’s test. Someone leaked them. Everyone’s using them — and they’re sharing them with you, right now. If you say no, you look like you think you’re better than them. If you say yes, you’re cheating. It’s late, everyone’s watching. So — what do you do?

Your turn
Everyone’s using the leaked answers and they’re waiting on you. Say no and you look like you think you’re better than them. What’s the best move?
The whole idea

Transcript

Here’s the whole idea. Holding your line isn’t one dramatic stand. It’s three small moves. Know your line — decide what you won’t do before the moment comes; here, it’s ‘I don’t cheat.’ Spot the pull — notice what’s pushing you: fitting in, fear of missing out, not wanting to seem better than them. Then hold it — do the right thing, even if it costs you something small. That’s integrity.

1
Know your line
Decide what you won’t do before the moment comes. Here: ‘I don’t cheat.’
2
Spot the pull
Name what’s pushing you — fitting in, FOMO, not wanting to seem better than everyone.
3
Hold it
Do the right thing, even if it costs you something small. Quietly. No lecture.
So, the leaked answers…

So, the leaked answers. You know your line — you don’t cheat. You spot the pull — you don’t want to lose face with your friends. So you hold it — you say, ‘I’m gonna sit this one out,’ and you don’t use them. You don’t have to lecture anyone. You just don’t cross your own line. That’s the whole move.

Your job this week

Watching me doesn’t build the skill — doing it does. So here’s your one small job this week.

🌱 This week
Catch one real moment your line gets tested.
  • Know your line — name what you won’t do, before the moment.
  • Spot the pull — what’s pushing you? Fitting in, fear, losing face.
  • Hold it — make your call on purpose, and notice you held.
Where you’ll use it

And this isn’t just a school thing. A group chat turns mean, a cashier undercharges you, everyone’s bending a rule, someone with power does something wrong — life keeps testing your line. The people you actually trust aren’t the ones who never feel the pull. They’re the ones who know their line, feel the pull, and hold it anyway.

Quick check, just for you

Quick check, just for you — nobody’s marking this. When your line gets tested, where are you right now? No wrong answer. Everyone’s somewhere on the road.
